ADULT

We have adult classes in a number of different genres and our experienced teachers work with each class to cater for every level from the absolute beginner to dancers from a past life.

We run our adult classes on a concession card basis meaning you can use your 10 sessions at any of the adult genres we have on offer.

Our classes are structured to incorporate warm ups, technical exercises and routines and will get your body moving in a fun and challenging way. It’s never too late to learn something new!

  • Adult Hip Hop

    Hip hop is an ever evolving genre of dance that has become very popular and influential among modern youth. Including many street dance styles, adulthip hop students will find their groove and their own personal style.

    A perfect genre for the cool people or those who want to be cool and down with the kids.

  • Adult Jazz

    Jazz dance is a comprehensive genre that is inspired by popular music. It incorporates numerous styles including broadway, fun and lyrical so adult jazz students will experience a variety of influence within this broad style.

    This is the perfect dance form for those who love to move or find themselves dancing along to the radio.

  • Adult Tap

    Tap dance is a rhytmical dance form where dancers create percussive music while moving. Students will find themselves being their own musical instrument using their feet in unexplored ways.

    Popularised by musicals and movies such as Singing in the Rain, tap will appeal to the music and rhythm lovers among us. Or those who have already given everything else a go.

  • Adult Ballet/Contemporary

    Incorporating both ballet and contemporary based techniques, this combo class will teach dancers technique while allowing exploration of the body and movement. The perfect balance of structure to freedom for those who want to get their bodies moving after a sedentary day at work.

    This class is perfect for the adult with dance experience or for those who want to explore new ways of connecting with the floor and the space around them.
