ACRO
Combining elements from circus, gymnastics and dance technique, acro is an athletic genre utilising strength, flexibility and balance.
This genre will appeal to the strong and the adventurous as dancers will learn to use their bodies in imaginative ways. Often combining elements of trust and team work, this genre will help to build more strength and flexibility as dancers work together to achieve lifts and tricks.
Acro Syllabus Classes

Our acro classes are designed to be attended in conjunction with other dance technique classes so dancers learn to incorporate their new skills seamlessly with various dance genres. Therefore it is a requirement to take an additional dance class with us in order to sign up for acro.
They will work to show off their skills to an invited professional for personal feedback during an assessment in term three.
